Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about your SprayPack.

No, there is no active ingredient included. SprayPack gives you the ability to custom-mix your nasal spray to your exact specifications, so you can control your dose per spray. SprayPack includes a Dose Chart, nasal spray bottle, Saline Bullets, funnel, and Prism Pick. You choose the substance to mix into your SprayPack nasal spray.
We do not recommend sharing your SprayPack bottle with others—this could result in the unwanted spread of disease. If you must share your SprayPack bottle, make sure to clean it thoroughly before doing so.
Use the provided Dose Chart to determine how much substance to add. This will determine how many milligrams will be administered with each spray. We have provided options if you intend to mix ½ gram (500 mg) or 1 gram (1000 mg) into your SprayPack bottle. You can further change your dose by adding more or less saline solution. See our Dose Chart for details.
Let’s say you have ½ gram of a substance. First, find the section that says “If mixing a half gram (500 mg).” Crush and pour the ½ gram into your empty SprayPack bottle. You’ve decided that around 10 mg per spray seems right. Find where it says 10 mg per spray—to the left of that line, it says you need approximately 6 ml of saline. Each Saline Bullet is 5 ml. Break off one bullet and pour all of it in. Then break off another and pour just 1 ml more (using the measurement marks on the side, where each mark = 1 ml). Discard the remaining partially-used bullet. After closing and shaking, you’re done! Your bottle will spray 48 times, each delivering approximately 10 mg of your substance.
Each provided Saline Bullet contains 5 ml of saline. Notice the measurement lines on the side—each line indicates 1 ml. To achieve your desired dose, check the Dose Chart for how much saline you should use compared to how much substance you’re using. Break apart the number of Saline Bullets needed, twist the cap off each one, and pour the desired amount into the bottle using the included funnel.
The Dose Chart gives you instructions for mixing ½ gram (500 mg) or 1 gram (1000 mg). Make sure to use an accurate scale to weigh out this amount.
Check the number of milligrams of active ingredient per pill, and select the number of pills for your desired dose. Always make sure your pill is water soluble and crush it into a fine powder before adding to the SprayPack bottle to ensure thorough dissolution.
Some pills will fully dissolve without crushing, but to ensure complete dissolution, always crush your pill(s) into a fine powder before adding them to the SprayPack bottle.
Yes! We recommend rinsing and cleaning the bottle and nozzle with soap and water between uses. Then spray the soap and water mixture through the device. Repeat with fresh water to thoroughly rinse.
Refrigerating your mixture could potentially slow down bacteria growth and the aging process, but this has not been explicitly proven. If your mixture is exposed to heat, sunlight, or moisture, we do not recommend using it. The recommended use is within one week after mixing.
We do not recommend using your mixture if left in a hot car. Avoid use if exposed to heat, sunlight, or moisture. Use within one week after mixing—it’s possible for your mixture to expire or lose potency over time.
Store unopened Saline Bullets indoors, in a cool, dry place. These are single-use—do not save opened, partially-used bullets, as the saline is no longer sterile.
Our provided Saline Bullets consist of a 0.9% sodium chloride solution and do not contain preservatives or bacteriostatic agents. We cannot recommend using other saline solutions unless these standards are met.
All items ship in plain brown boxes with “Probitas” as the return address. To protect your privacy, there will be no other labels indicating what the box contains.
All orders bill as “Probitas” on your credit card or debit card statement.
We ship with UPS and USPS.
Yes, unless you choose UPS shipping. We can ship packages via UPS to a UPS store or distribution center near you—there are thousands of locations throughout the U.S. Enter the shipping address as the UPS store or distribution center address. Some UPS stores charge a $5 fee for pickup, and you’ll need to present an ID matching the name on the package.
Yes, if you do not choose UPS as your shipping method. If you select UPS, you can have it shipped to a nearby UPS store or distribution center instead.
If you order before 3 pm CST, your order ships that day. Orders placed after 3 pm CST are fulfilled the next business day. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.
USPS will deliver our packages on Saturdays, but UPS will not. Neither delivers on Sundays.
Products shipped via UPS can be delivered to any UPS store or distribution center—just enter that address as your shipping address. Products sent via USPS can be delivered to any post office location for pickup.
Domestic orders may take up to 7 business days, but this is very rare. Around 95% of orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Holidays and severe weather may cause delays.
Our $12.95 flat rate shipping option is a 6–10 day service, and most packages arrive within 7 business days. However, delivery isn’t guaranteed by UPS within this timeframe, and some packages have taken a month or longer due to customs wait times. Contact us if your package takes longer than 15 business days.

Absolutely. We’ve successfully shipped to over 100 countries.
We have a nearly perfect track record—99%+ of international shipments are delivered successfully. In the rare event that customs refuses the package, we will refund your purchase price upon receipt of the returned goods. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Yes. Any fees, taxes, or duties are the customer’s responsibility upon receipt. We’ve done our best to ensure they are as low as possible.

In the rare event of damaged or defective materials, take photos of the damaged items and send them to us via our contact form within 2 business days of receiving your order. We stand by the quality of our products and, in most cases, have no problem sending a replacement.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
