Does SprayPack come premixed with an active ingredient inside?
No, there is no active ingredient included. SprayPack gives you the ability to custom-mix your nasal spray to your exact specifications, so you can control your dose per spray. SprayPack includes a Dose Chart, nasal spray bottle, Saline Bullets, funnel, and Prism Pick. You choose the substance to mix into your SprayPack nasal spray.
Can I share my SprayPack nasal spray bottle with others?
We do not recommend sharing your SprayPack bottle with others—this could result in the unwanted spread of disease. If you must share your SprayPack bottle, make sure to clean it thoroughly before doing so.
How do I know how much of my substance to add to the SprayPack nasal spray bottle?
Use the provided Dose Chart to determine how much substance to add. This will determine how many milligrams will be administered with each spray. We have provided options if you intend to mix ½ gram (500 mg) or 1 gram (1000 mg) into your SprayPack bottle. You can further change your dose by adding more or less saline solution. See our Dose Chart for details.
How do I read the Dose Chart?
Let’s say you have ½ gram of a substance. First, find the section that says “If mixing a half gram (500 mg).” Crush and pour the ½ gram of your substance into your empty SprayPack nasal spray bottle.
You’ve decided that around 10 mg per spray seems like the right dose for you. In the middle of that ½ gram section, find where it says 10 mg per spray. To achieve this dose per spray, look to the left of that line—it says you would need approximately 6 ml of saline.
Each provided Saline Bullet is 5 ml. So, you break off one Saline Bullet, open the top, and pour all of it into the SprayPack bottle with your substance. Then, you break off another 5 ml Saline Bullet (taking note of the measurement marks on the side). Each mark represents 1 ml. You open that bullet, and pour just 1 ml more of saline into your bottle. You discard the remaining partially-used Saline Bullet.
After closing and shaking the bottle, you’re done! Your SprayPack bottle will spray 48 times, with each spray administering approximately 10 mg of your substance.
How much saline do I add to my SprayPack nasal spray bottle?
Each provided Saline Bullet contains 5 ml of saline. Notice the measurement lines on the side of the bullets—each line indicates 1 ml. To achieve your desired dose, check the Dose Chart for how much saline you should use compared to how much substance you’re using. Break apart the number of Saline Bullets needed for the proper dose, twist the cap off each Saline Bullet, and pour the desired amount into the SprayPack bottle using the included funnel.
How do I measure the amount of powder/crystalline substance to put in my SprayPack nasal spray bottle?
The Dose Chart gives you instructions for mixing ½ gram (500 mg) or 1 gram (1000 mg). Make sure to use an accurate scale in order to weigh out this amount.
How do I measure how many pills to put in my SprayPack nasal spray bottle?
Check the number of milligrams of active ingredient per pill, and select the number of pills for the properly desired dose. Always make sure that your pill is water soluble and crush your pill(s) into a fine powder before adding to the SprayPack bottle to ensure it will thoroughly dissolve.
Can I put whole pills directly into the SprayPack nasal spray bottle?
Some pills will fully dissolve without crushing, but to ensure complete dissolution, always make sure to crush your pill(s) into a fine powder before adding them to the SprayPack bottle.
Do I need to wash my SprayPack nasal spray bottle?
Yes! We recommend rinsing and cleaning the SprayPack bottle and nozzle with soap and water between uses. Then, spray the soap and water mixture through the device. Repeat this step with fresh water to thoroughly rinse.
Do I need to refrigerate my SprayPack nasal spray bottle once it’s filled with my substance/saline mixture?
Refrigerating your SprayPack mixture could potentially slow down bacteria growth and the aging process, but expiration is variable and this has not been explicitly proven. If your SprayPack mixture is exposed to heat, sunlight, or moisture, we do not recommend using it. The recommended use of SprayPack is within one week after it has been mixed.
I left my SprayPack nasal spray bottle (filled with my substance/saline mixture) in my car for a few days. Can I still use it?
We do not recommend using your SprayPack mixture if it is left in a hot car. We recommend avoiding use if SprayPack is exposed to heat, sunlight, or moisture, and to use within one week after it has been mixed. It is possible for your SprayPack mixture to expire or lose potency over time (after the saline is opened and the substance is combined).
How should I store the provided Saline Bullets? Can I save partially-used Saline Bullets for a later date?
Store unopened Saline Bullets indoors, in a cool, dry place. These Saline Bullets are single-use. Do not save opened, partially-used Saline Bullets—the saline is no longer sterile.
Can I use any type of saline to refill my SprayPack nasal spray bottle?
Our provided Saline Bullets consist of a 0.9% sodium chloride solution, and do not contain preservatives or bacteriostatic agents. We cannot recommend using other saline solutions, unless these standards are met.
Shipping, Billing, and Returns
How will my package appear upon delivery?
All items ship in plain brown boxes with “Probitas” as the return address. To protect your privacy, there will be no other labels indicating what the box contains.
How will my order appear on my credit card statement?
All orders bill as “Probitas” on your credit card or debit card statement.
What shipping companies do you use?
We ship with UPS and USPS.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Yes, unless you choose UPS shipping. We can easily ship packages sent via UPS to a UPS store or distribution center near you. There are thousands of locations throughout the U.S. for your convenience. Please enter the shipping address as the address of the UPS store or distribution center you would like it sent to. Some UPS stores charge a $5 fee for pickup. You will need to present an ID with the name that is on the package upon pickup.
Do you ship to dorm rooms/boxes?
Yes, if you do not choose UPS as your shipping method. See the question above for another option if you select UPS shipping.
How soon after ordering will my order ship?
If you order before 3 pm CST, your order will ship that day. Any order placed after 3 pm CST will be fulfilled the next business day. We do not ship orders out on Saturday or Sunday.
Do you deliver on Saturdays or Sundays?
USPS will deliver our packages on Saturdays, but UPS will not. Neither will deliver on Sundays.
Where can I pick up my package if I can’t have it shipped to my residence/etc.?
We can deliver all of our products shipped via UPS to UPS stores or distribution centers. In order to do so, please enter the shipping address as the address of the UPS store or distribution center you would like it sent to.
We can deliver any product sent via USPS to any post office location for pickup.
How long will it take to receive my domestic order (within the U.S.)?
Domestic orders may take as long as 7 business days—however, this is very rare. Around 95% of orders arrive within 3-5 business days. Holidays and severe weather may cause delays.
How long will it take to receive my international order (outside of the U.S.)?
Our $12.95 flat rate shipping option is a 6-10 day service, and most packages are delivered within 7 business days. However, delivery within this timeframe is not guaranteed by UPS, and some packages have taken a month or longer to arrive, mostly depending on customs wait times. Please contact desk@tryspraypack.com if your package has taken longer than 15 business days to arrive, and we’ll be happy to look into the issue.
Is expedited shipping available outside of the U.S.?
Yes.
Can I make a payment anonymously?
Yes, we accept Bitcoin/other cryptocurrency, anonymous gift cards, and a few other anonymous payment methods. Please contact desk@tryspraypack.com if you have any questions or would like suggestions.
What other payment methods do you accept?

Some of my order arrived damaged. What can I do?
In the rare event of damaged or defective materials, please take photos of the damaged items and send them to desk@tryspraypack.com within 2 business days of receiving your order. We stand by the quality of our products, and, in most cases, have no problem sending a replacement for damaged or defective goods.
I want to return or exchange some or all of my order. What is the return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Do you ship internationally?
Absolutely. We’ve successfully shipped to over 100 countries.
Will my international package arrive?
Yes! We have had a nearly perfect track record—99%+ of our international shipments were delivered successfully. With that in mind, it is an unfortunate possibility that the customs in your country will refuse to accept our package. In this case, we will refund the price of your purchase upon our receipt of the returned goods. We cannot, however, refund the shipping costs.
Am I responsible for the taxes, duties, and fees associated with the order?
Yes. Any fees, taxes, or duties will be the customer’s responsibility upon receipt of the package. We have done our best to ensure they are as low as possible.
